Michelle's experience:

I wanted to thank you for the service you have given me thus far as a patient.  It is easy to compalin about bad service, and easier yet to not acknowledge good service and just come to expect it.  After my past experience, I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the service given to me by your entire staff.  The part I appreciated the most was the way you explained everything before taking action, and when I didn't quite understand something, you were patient with my questions.  I would also like to thank you and your assistant for being gentle.  I am very worried about the condition of my teeth, but finally can breathe a sigh of relief that I have found a dentist I can work with and trust.

Steve's experience:

I came to Dr. Deldars office with a tooth that had been hurting me for quite a while.  After he took the xray, he said I needed to have the tooth pulled.  He numbed the area and tried to pull the tooth.  My tooth was in the bone of my jaw just enough that it needed to be surgically extracted.  He called the oral surgeon and told them I was already numb and could they get me in now.  They were able to see me right away.  Dr. Deldar followed me to the oral surgeon to make sure I felt comfortable and would be alright. That just amazed me that he cared that much to follow me to the oral surgeon's office.  Thank you Dr. Deldar!

William's experience:

The one thing that I hated the most about the dentist was getting the x-rays.  Let me just tell you Ann could not have done a better job!  It was painless for the first time in my life!  And now the x-rays show up in front of you on a TV and Dr. Deldar is able to point and show me any concerns he has.  Thank you Ann!

Miss Annie's experience:

I will share that I had the worst, meanest, unkind dentist know to man.  I would beg my mama to not let me go back.  I would cry and cry and always had to go back.  He would yell and scream at me and say that cant possibly hurt.  I just decided then that when I was 18 I would brush and floss and never go back.  I did only when something was hurting or a tooth broke.  I finally decided this year that I had to make some changes.  What you will now learn is that I am 47 Years old.  I was getting ready one morning and I heard the radio ad for Dr. Deldars office.  I knew that is was time to take care of me and that was the place for me to go.  I made the appointment.  I was greeted by Miss Amy on the phone and told her my story.  She listened and told me that it was alright to be afaid.  I am so thankful for her.  I remember driving to my first appointment.  I was terrified.  I almost turned around and drove home.  I was feeling sick to my stomach.  Can I just tell you how much things have changed at the dentist???  AMAZING!!!   I will never forget when I walked in to the office.  The kindness that radiated from everyone.  First there was Amy, then Miss Ann..the dental assistant and then Dr. S.Deldar.  She came out and said Amy had shared my story and she was very proud of me for being there.  The great news is that I have now had my entire mouth completely fixed and I look beautiful!  The biggest surprise is that they can take care of one side of my mouth at a time instead of one tooth at a time.  I even had my wisdom teeth out. That caused me to have anxiety attack a visit before I had them removed.  Dr. M. Deldar was in the office and he came in and calmed me down with everyone else.  I was in tears because I was so afraid of getting them out. Dr. M. Deldar was going to take my wisdom teeth out but after seeeing my anxitey attack, he thought it would be best if I was completely sedated and recommended an oral surgeon.  His office does partial sedation and he knew I needed more.  There are two highlights to share.  First, both doctors offered that one of them would come to the oral surgeon with me to get my wisdome teeth out.  HOW WONDERFUL IS THAT????  I was so thankful and I actually went by myself because I wasn't afraid anymore.  I did great!!  Second, the doctors checked on me after every visit.  That is part of customer service that we need to get back.  I am so thankful for them and if anyone has any questions for me, please call the office and they will give you my number.  Please call me if your are afraid.  Thank you for reading my story.  Human kindness is back!!!
